Pada Senin, 21 Agustus 2023 Delegasi UPN “Veteran” Jakarta yang dipimpin Rektor UPNVJ Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm ,bersama dengan Dekan FH Dr. Suherman, S.H., L.L.M, Dekan FEB Dr. Jubaedah, SE., MM. , ketua LP3M Satria Yudhia W., S.E., MS. Ak. ,serta kepala KUI Dr. Bambang Susanto, MA. menemui Rektor Perdana University Malaysia Prof. Datok Seri Dr. Mohammed Mustafa Ishak, yang didampingi Prof. Dr. Valliappan Raju Director of Research, Prof. Nathan Vytialingam Dean, School of Occupational Therapy (PUSCOT) Honorary Fellow World Federation of Occupational Therapist serta Dr. Azri Usman Deputy Dean, School of Business. 

Pertemuan ini membicarakan implementation dari MoA yang telah ditandatangani oleh Rektor UPNVJ dengan Rektor Perdana University kerjasama ini merupakan kerjasama dalam hal joint research, student exchange, double degree. Fakultas hukum UPNVJ akan melaksanakan kerjasama dengan school of business Perdana University terkait program double degree MH, MBA. Sehingga mahasiswa Megister Hukum FH UPNVJ dalam waktu 2 .5 tahun akan mendapat gelar MH dan MBA.
