Senin 7 s.d. 10 Juli 2023 dan diikuti oleh 16 delegasi dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dan Swasta di Indonesia diantaranya:

Tim UPS FH UPNVJ menunjukkan dedikasi dan persiapan yang kuat selama persaingan ini. Prestasi yang diraih oleh Tim Unit Peradilan Semu FH UPNVJ bukanlah hal yang mudah. Proses pemberkasan penyidikan dan dokumen persidangan disusun dan dipersiapkan sejak bulan Februari-Mei 2023, sedangkan latihan simulasi persidangan dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2023.  

NMCC ini diawali dengan acara opening ceremony pada tanggal 7 Juli 2023 di Hotel Grand Mercure Kemayoran – Jakarta Pusat, sementara simulasi persidangan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Juli 2023 untuk babak penyisihan dan 9 Juli 2023 untuk babak final, yang bertempat di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat. Acara Closing Ceremony dan pengumuman para pemenang dilaksanakan pada malam harinya tanggal 9 Juli 2023 bertempat di Hotel Grand Mercure Kemayoran – Jakarta Pusat. Tim UPS FH UPN “Veteran” Jakarta berhasil mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai pemenang predikat Berkas Terbaik, Saksi/Ahli Terbaik, Terdakwa Terbaik, dan Postingan Terpopuler.
