Penandatangan Perjanjian Kerjasama dengan Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta terkait program MBKM

JAKARTA 17 Maret 2023 – Fakultas Hukum Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) dan Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta melaksanakan penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) pada hari Juma’at (17/03). PKS yang ditandatangani di Kejakskaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta mengenai Penelitian Hukum, Pendidikan, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dan Pengembangan Mahasiswa Terkait Program Merdeka Belajar dan Kampus Merdeka.

Penandatanganan PKS merupakan tindak lanjut dari audiensi yang dilakukan sebelumnya antara fakultas hukum UPNVJ dengan Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta. Penandatanganan perjanjian kerjasama dihadiri oleh Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta Dr. Reda Reda Manthovani, Asisten Intel Setiawan Budi Cahyono, SH, MH, Aspidmil dan Kepala Bagian TU Kejaksaan Tinggi Afni Carolina, SH, MH dari Fakultas Hukum UPN Veteran Jakarta dihadiri oleh Dekan FH Dr. Abdul Halim, M.Ag, Wakil Dekan Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Kerjasama Heru Suyanto, SH, MH , Ketua Program Studi S-1 Hukum Taupiqqurrahman, SH, M.Kn, Sekretaris Program Studi S-1 Hukum Rianda Dirkareshza, SH, MH dan Kepala Laborotorium FH, Dr. Slamet Tri Wahyudi, SH, MH.

Acara diawali sambutan dari Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta Dr. Reda Manthovani, SH, LLM mengucapkan terimakaksih kepada Dekan Fakultas Hukum beserta rombongan, ucapan terimakasih juga kepada anggota komisi III DPR RI Hinca Pandjaitan yang ikut menyaksikan PKS ini. Reda Manthovani juga menyampaikan bahwa dengan dilaksanakan PKS ini akan mendukung tukar informasi antara fakultas hukum dengan kejaksaan tinggi. Serta pelaksanaan pelatihan dan magang mahasiswa bisa terealisasi. besar harapan perjanjian kerjasama ini dilaksanakan dengan baik dan menghasilkan SDM yang selalu membangun NKRI. Dr. Abdul Halim, M.Ag dalam sambutannya menyampaikan terimakasih kepada kepala Kejati DKI Jakarta yang sudah bersedia menerima FH. PKS ini merupakan anugerah yang harus kami syukuri, apalagi saat ini FH UPN Veteran Jakarta sedang melaksanakan program MBKM secara Masif. FH UPN Veteran Jakarta pada tahun 2023 menerapkan full MBKM dengan sistem NIM Ganjil dan NIM Genap. Mahsiswa NIM Ganjil melaksanakan MBKM pada periode semester ganjil, dan NIM Genap melaskanakan MBKM pada periode semester Genap. Saat ini terdapat 132 mahasiswa NIM Genap yang melaksanakan magang yang diselengggarakan oleh Fakultas Hukum. Tentu dengan adanya PKS ini sebagai satu wadah bagi mahasiswa kami untuk menimba ilmu pada kejaksaan tinggi. Anggota Komisi III DPR RI Hinca Pandjaitan yang ikut menyaksikan PKS ini dalam menyambut baik penandatangan perjanjian ini. Lebih lanjt hinca menyambut baik rencana FH akan membuka pusat kajian Kejaksaan.

Usai pelaksanaan PKS, Reda Manthovani, Hinca Pandjaitan dan Abdul Halim mengunjungi mahasiswa-mahasiswa magang aspidsus, aspidum dan asdatun Kejati. Anggota komisi III tersebut dialog dengan mahasiswa yang sedang melaksanakan magang. Mahasiswa magang menjelaskan banyak pengalaman yang luar biasa diperoleh selama magang di Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI.

Ditempat terpisah, Ketua Program Studi S-1 Taupiqqurrahman, SH, M.Kn berharap usai  penandatangan PKS ini mahasiswa NIM Ganjil S-1 Hukum nanti akan bisa magang pada kejaksaan tinggi 5-10 mahasiswa pada bulan agustus semester Ganjil TA 2023/2024.
