Tim Abdimas Fakultas Hukum UPNVJ melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terkait pemanfaat media sosial serta pemanfaatan pendaftaran badan hukum, acara tersebut diselenggarakan pada hari Minggu, 30 Juli 2023 berlokasi di Rumah Belajar Mifasol yang beralamat JL. Abadijaya, Kec. Sukmajaya, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Adapun narasumber pada kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu Bapak Taupiqurrahman S.H., M.Kn. selaku Dosen Fakultas Hukum UPN “Veteran” Jakarta serta sebagai ketua tim abdimas UPN Veteran Jakarta. Acara sosialisasi tersebut dihadiri oleh Tim Abdimas FH yang terdiri dari Dosen dan 10 mahasiswa S1 hukum.
Sosialisasi yang dihadiri oleh pengurus Perkumpulan Rumah Belajar Mifasol dan Pengurus Yayasan Donasi dan berbagi berkah. Acara diawali dengan sambutan Taupiqqurrahman, SH, M.Kn selaku ketua tim Mengucapkan terimakasih kepada Rumah Belajar Mifasol yang sudah bersedia sebagai mitra dari abdimas UPNVJ. Ketua Umum Yayasan Donasi dan Berbagi Berkah M. Rizki Muhammad Alfarisi, mengucapkan terimakasih kepada tim pengabdian FH UPNVJ. Karena berkat tim pengabdian, akhirnya komunitas yang sudah didirikan bisa berbadan hukum. Ketua Pengawas Perkumpulan Rumah Belajar Mifasol Aulia Febrianti Pratiwi juga memberikan sambutan. Dalam sambutan yang diberikan oleh tuan rumah, mengucapkan selamat datang kepada Tim pengabdian di Rumah belajar Mifasol, semoga kerjasama ini tetap berlanjut.
Materi yang dibawakan dalam Kegiatan Sosialisasi memiliki 2 topik yakni pemanfaat media sosial dan pendaftaran badan hukum, bukan hanya itu saja kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan agar peserta dapat memahami pemanfaatan dari media sosial dan manfaat pendaftaran badan hukum. Dalam menggunakan media sosial masyarakat harus memahami batasan – batasan dalam penggunaan media sosial agar guna tidak terjadi pelanggaran yang sudah di atur dalam undang – undang. dalam sosialisasi ini. dalam menjelaskan tim menyampaikan terdapat beberapa Peraturan Perundang – undangan yang mengatur batasan dalam menggunakan media sosial seperti halnya penyebaran konten pornografi, penghinaan, ujaran kebencian, hak cipta dan perlindungan data pribadi. Peserta sangat mengapresiasikan kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh Tim Abdimas Fakultas Hukum UPNVJ yang sudah sangat membantu dalam memberikan pengetahuan, pengembangan serta informasi aturan peraturan perundang – undangan dalam menggunakan media sosial, dan pembentukan badan hukum. Melihat antusiasme dari masyarakat yang hadir, tim Abdimas Fakultas Hukum UPNVJ berharap peserta dapat memahami dari setiap materi materi yang disampaikan oleh Dosen Fakultas Hukum UPNVJ dan mampu untuk menegakkan aturan aturan yang sudah ditentukan oleh perundang – undangan agar guna tidak terjadi pelanggaran hukum untuk kedepannya.
