Sebelumnya fakultas sudah melaksanakan pendataan peserta magang ditingkat fakultas, dilanjutkan dengan seleksi pada mitra magang, pelaksanaan pre test mahasiswa, hingga pembekalan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 Maret 2023 di ruangan Bhineka Tunggal Ika Lantai IV UPNVJ.
