Bertempat di Auditorium Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo UPN Veteran Jakarta, Selasa 30 Agustus 2022, Bapak Tri Baginda K.A. Gafur , S.H. serta Bapak Mustamin, S.H., M.H selaku Hakim Yustisial Biro Hukum dan Humas MA telah memberikan Pembinaan dan Sosialisasi Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Republik ke Fakultas Hukum UPN Veteran Jakarta

Rangkaian acara diawali dengan pembukaan dengan Sambutan Wakil Dekan 3 Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Kerjasama Fakultas Hukum UPN Veteran Jakarta Bapak Heru Suyanto menyatakan, terima kasih atas kepercayaannya kepada Kepala Bagian Peraturan Per-Undang Undangan MA yang telah mempercayakan Fakultas Hukum UPN Vetaran Jakarta sebagai tempat penyelenggaraan acara pembinaan dan sosialisasi tersebut.

Hadir pada acara ini Bapak Dr. Riki Perdana R. Waruwu, S.H., MH., Selaku Koordinator Hakim Yustisial Biro Hukum dan Humas MA, Bapak Mustamin, S.H., M.H., Bapak Dr. Fikri Habibi , S.H., M.H. serta Bapak Tri Baginda, S.H., M.H. Selaku Hakim Yustisial Biro Hukum dan Humas MA. Peserta acara Pembinaan dan Sosialisasi tersebut adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum UPN Vetaran Jakarta.

Bapak Dr. Riki Perdana R. Waruwu mebuka acara dengan sambutan dari Beliau menginformasikan bahwa sosialisasi ini merupakan program MA untuk seluruh Kampus PTN di Indonesia dan UPN Veteran Jakarta merupakan PTN pertama yang MA kunjungi

Bapak Tri Baginda K.A. Gafur, S.H. memberikan materi sosialisasi Peraturan MA memiliki  Dasar Hukum dengan Kebijakan Baru :

  1. Perma 1 Tahun 2016 tentang prosedur Mediasi dan Pengadilan.
  2. SK KMA 108/KMA/SK/VI/2016 tentang Tata Kelola Mediasi di Pengadilan
  3. SK KMA 117/KMA/SKA/IV/2018 tentang Tata Cara Pemberian dan Perpanjangan Akreditasi
  4. Perma 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Mediasi di Pengadilan Secara Elektronik

Beliau juga memberikan materi serta tanya jawab dengan mahasiswa terkait  Mediasi bagaimana mempercepat proses penyelesaian sengketa sesuai dengan Pasal 24 ayat (2): Proses mediasi diberikan waktu 30 hari dan pasal 24 ayat (3) diperpanjang 30 hari.

Bapak Mustamin, S.H., M.H juga memberikan materi mengenai aplikasi e-COURT The Electronic Justice System sesuai dengan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung RI no 1 Tahun 2019 tentang Administrasi Perkara dan Persidangan di Pengadilanm Secara Elektronik, Beliau Menjelaskan dan mensosialisasikan bagaimana tata cara penggunaan aplikasi 2-COURT mulai dari Tata Cara Pendaftaran, Pendaftaran Perkara Online , Pembayaran Panjar Biaya Perkara Online, Pemanggilan Pihak Secara Online, Persidangan Secara Elektronik, sampai dengan Upaya Hukum Banding.

Seusai presentasi pembinaan dan sosialisasi, dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab dengan peserta yaitu Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum yang diundang. Hingga acara berakhir pada pukul 12.00 WIB.
