Layanan Konsultasi Hukum Gratis tersebut sebagai tindak lanjut atas kerjasama antara LKBH FH UPNVJ dengan Bapas Jaksel. Dengan layanan konsultasi hukum gratis ini, diharapkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat semakin meningkat sehingga visi pemasyarakatan dapat tercapai.
