Catatan Untuk LKPS

  1. Untuk Kasubag sebaiknya per bagian misalnya akademik, kemahasiswaan dan kerjasama
  2. Cantumkan kerjasama pendidikan, kerjasama penelitian dan kerjasama pengabdian masyarakat dan terpenting ini adalah Output dalam kegiatan kerjasama ini
  3. Siapkan semua dokumen yang ada secara fisik agar mudah dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh Asesor
  4. Setiap kegiatan diluar UPN bagi dosen untuk dilampirkan dan diunjukkan sebagai bagian keahlian Dosen dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya
  5. Harus ada bukti konkrit kerjasama Internasional yang dituangkan dalam Capaian IKU
  6. Kesediaan bukti fisik atas semua dokumen dilengkapi dan yang kelengkapannya paling lengkap disimpan pada bagian atas agar dalam proses pemeriksaan dapat dilakukan secara mudah
  7. Apabila ada bukti yang kurang lengkap silahkan di tambahkan saja agar dalam pemriksaan bisa di verifikasi
  8. Untuk diperhatikan jumlah data kemahasiswaan utamanya hitungan data masuk yang baru masuk, sementera berjalan
  9. Untuk mahasiswa Asing disesuaiakn data dan kelengkapan informasinya
  10. Data dosen praktisi dilampirkan keterangannya seperti NIDK dengan menampilkan atau menitiberatkan Keahlian Dosen Praktisi
  11. Melampirkan sertifikasi keahlian Dosen
  12. Untuk pembagian jam dosen harus menggambarkan proporsionalitas sesuai jabatan fungsional Dosen dalam pelaksanaan pembimbingan Tugas Akhir
  13. Ekuivalensi jam mengajar dosen untuk disesuaikan dan diproporsionalkan
  14. Catatan penting beban dosen 12 SKS wajib minimal
  15. Data dosen tidak tetap diperjelas (data NIDK)
  16. Dosen praktisi dan Industri harus diuraikan penugasan sesuai dengan keahlian Dosen
  17. Mengaktifkan dosen dalam Editor jurnal baik dalam UPN maupun luar UPN
  18. Publikasi dosen tercatat secara langsung baik berupa jurnal maupun prosiding yang berhubungan dengan program studi dalam 3 tahun terakhir
  19. Dalam data sitasi yang dihitung adalah data sitasi per tahun sitasi
  20. Luaran penelitian sudah bernilai 4
  21. Aspek keuangan utamanya fungsional, sertifikasi dan honorarium disebutkan
  22. Biaya operasional kemahasiswaan harus 1/3 dari operasional secara keseluruhan
  23. Anggaran operasional kemahasiswaan selama diusulkan dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan maka akan di rembus
  24. Data catatan kesejahteraan utamanya sumbangsi dari alumni dapat ditampilkan
  25. Dalam konteks kurikulum utamanya RPS harus mencamtumkan metode pengajarannya seperti PBL, OB dan lain-lain
  26. Untuk membuat RPS 10 Mata kuliah yang lengkap dan baik sebagai bahan penilaian
  27. Setiap RPS yang dibuat sebaiknya dihubungkan dengan E-learning Universitas
  28. Untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran dapat dikerjasamakan dengan organisasi profesi untuk menungkatkan skil dan kemampuan mahasiswa dan output pada sertifikat bagi mahasiswa
  29. Untuk program MBKM tetap disebutkan melalui dengan argumentasi bahwa tidak adanya perubahan dalam CV Kurikulum
  30. Integrasi penelitian dan PKM yang melibatkan mahasiswa dengan mata kuliah yang ada
  31. Adanya sistem pengukuran tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dan adanya tindak lanjut dari hasil evaluasi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa (gambarkan dalam tabulasi atau chart yang mengambarkan evaluasi kepuasan mahasiswa dengan 5 indikator)
  32. Data riset dosen harus melibatkan mahasiswa utamanya kaitannya pada Roadmap
  33. Keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam penelitian harus jelas dampaknya kepada mahasiswa
  34. Semua kegiatan penelitian dan PKM harus melibatkan mahasiswa dan keterlibatan mahasiswa harus jelas
  35. Capain pembelajaran utamanay IPK harus tergambarkan kalau dalam tingkatan 50 % dalam kategori Cum Laude/ dengan pujian maka harus dijelaskan dan digambarkan apakah serapan mahasiswa tersebut berjalan lacar setelah selesai studi
  36. Hati-hati data lulusan utamnya lama atau jangka waktu studi karena bisa tidak terbaca dan terindikasi Eror
  37. Data base mahasiswa akan menjadi penunjang dalam penyerapan lulusan kepada user
  38. Keseuaian dengan bidang kerja bagi lulusan harus digambarkan juga melalui narasi secara lengkap
  39. Data kinerja lulusan tergambarkan dalam Tracer studi

  1. Data evaluasi diri harus valid dan tergambarkan akan kenyataan prodi (apa adanya dan yang paling penting adalah tindak lanjut)
  2. Dalam LED yang paling penting adalah pandangan positif tidak bermakna negatif
  3. Posisi penguraian harus secara objektif yang akan mengahsilkan analisis yang bernilai positif
  4. Dalam penyusuan kerangka pikir harus memeperhatikan aspek lingkungan eksternal maupun internal
  5. Dalam penyususnan UPPS dan PS akan menguraikan sejarah, visi, misi hingga kinerja institusi
  6. Yang paling penting dalam evaluasi diri adalah hasil analisis kinerja prodi (analisis SWOT)
  7. Dari data exel bisa menjadi bahan penyusunan LED yang struktur laporannya mengikuti pedoman penyusuan LED
  8. Visi dan misi harus dapat diuraikan indikatornya
  9. Sebaiknya tidak menggunakan tahun dalam visi
  10. Harus ada visi dan misi di setiap prodi
  11. Visi dan misi disepakati melalui senat
  12. Sosialisasi visi dan misi harus dilaksanakan secara terbuka agar diketahui oleh mahasiswa
  13. Inti kondisi eksternal harus dijelaskan utamanya pada lingkup makro, mikro, nasional dan internasional
  14. Potensi penggunaan lulusan juga akan menjadi potensi pembanding dengan PT lainnya

  26. Pada Bab II hrus ada program unggul dalam pengembangan UPPS dan dilakukan analisis untuk menjadi dasar sebagai capaian berikutnya
