Pada Kamis, 12 Oktober 2023 Biro Hukum Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) menyelenggarakan kegiatan Pembinaan dan Pemahaman Penyusunan Peraturan Perguruan Tinggi di Lingkungan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi di Hotel Gumaya Semarang. Ada 3 Narasumber yang diundang dalam kegiatan ini Prof. Dr. Wicipto Setiadi, S.H., M.H. (Guru Besar FH UPN “Veteran” Jakarta), Dr. Radian Salman, S.H., LL.M (Unair), serta Dr. H. Jaka Triana, S.H., LL.M. Acara diawali dengan Laporan yang disampaikan oleh Kepala Biro Hukum Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi dan dilanjutkan dengan sambutan dan sekaligus pembukaan oleh Staf Ahli Menteri Bidang Regulasi. Kegiatan ini dihadiri kurang lebih 120 orang peserta perwakilan dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Pada kegiatan ini Prof. Dr. Wicipto Setiadi, S.H., M.H. mengisi materi mengenai “Teknik Penyusunan Peraturan Perundang – Undangan”.
