Jum’at 28 Juli 2023 – Bertempat di Ruang Rapat FH UPNVJ, Dr. Suherman, S.H., LL.M. Dekan FH UPNVJ memberikan sambutan dan membuka workshop ini dengan menyampaikan harapan dengan diadakannya workshop ini khususnya Dosen-Dosen FH UPNVJ dapat lebih memahami dan menambah ilmu pengetahuan khususnya yang berdampak pada Ilmu Hukum, acara ini juga dihadiri oleh jajaran Dekanat beserta Dosen-dosen FH UPNVJ. Kegiatan ini mengundang dua Narasumber Assoc.Prof.Dr. Hartini Saripan Dekan FH UiTM yang hadir secara daring serta Dr. Kaharuddin, S.Ag., M.Hum. yang menghadiri langsung kegiatan ini.
Dr. Kaharuddin, S.Ag., M.Hum mengungkapkan bahwa Artificial Intelligence menjadi pegangan kita, otak dari AI adalah media social, bentuk kecerdasan buatan itu adalah social media, medsos menjadi tempat atau sumber kejahatan kita harus mencari cara untuk menanggulanginya, hadirnya AI memang menghemat biaya, menambah daya saing, lebih efisien dan efektif, tetapi dengan adanya AI tentunya menimbulkan dampak negatif yang serius harus ada UU hak cipta, UU telekomunikasi, dan peraturan hukum lainnya yang mengatur hal ini. Ada 3 pandangan keberadaan AI, yaitu memposisikan medsos dapat berperan positif dalam membangun perubahan, dimana AI dapat menimbulkan masalah dibanding manfaat dan Memandang teknologi tergantung dari siapa penggunanya.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hartini Saripan mengungkapkan AI ini berbeda dari teknologi-teknologi yang lain, dimana AI akan menimbulkan resiko ketahap yg lebih tinggi, AI (kecerdasan buatan) bersifat otonom , resiko yg melibatkan teknologi ini bukan resiko yang biasa, karakteristik teknologi ini sangat licik, bahwa teknologi ini akan datang kepada kita, teknologi tidak bisa kita tolak, apa hubungan AI dengan hukum, ada 3 hal yg perlu kita pahami, Law applied to computer science , dalam AI bagaimana AI boleh dijalankan asal berkaitan dengan etika dan kerangka hukum ,Dimana teknologi ini digunakan untuk memberikan manfat yang melibatkan pelaksanaan landasan hukum untuk menjalankan pekerjaan berdasarkan UU khususnya bagi pekerjaan-pekerjaan di bidang Hukum, serta Jurisprudence of AI dengan berlandaskan UU dan landasan hukum lainnya.
Workshop Artificial Inteligence ini ditutup dengan sesi tanya jawab, serta penyerahan plakat dan sertifikat dari FH UPNVJ kepada Narasumber.

I was curious if you ever considered changing the page layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
