Dr. Atik Winanti SH, MH, Tempat/tanggal. Lahir di Tanjung Karang pada tanggal 8 Juni 1968, menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana Hukum di Universitas Lampung (UNILA) pada tahun 1992 dengan judul karya tulis ilmiah “Wanprestasi dalam Sewa Menyewa Rumah, ” dan menyelesaikan studi Magister Hukum di Universitas Tama Jagakarsa pada tahun 2010 dengan judul karya ilmiah “Kajian Yuridis Perjanjian Kredit Yang Melibatkan Pihak Ketiga (Penanggung) Yang Meninggal Dunia dan menyelesaikan Program Doktor Ilmu Hukum di Universitas Brawijaya pada tahun 2019 dengan judul karya ilmiah “Politik Hukum Pertanahan di Bidang Pemerataan Hak Guna Usaha (Perkebunan) dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat. Beliau berkarir di UPNVJ sejak tahun 1994 dan menjadi Dosen sejak tahun 1998 di Fakultas Ekonomi. Kemudian pada tahun 2015, sebagai Dosen di Fakultas Hukum. Selama menjadi dosen, beliau telah menghasilkan karya-karya ilmiah baik sebagai penulis maupun anggota.
