International Visiting Professor “Indonesia’s Challenge To Achieve Legal Policies Through Good Governance In Global Climate Change Framework” with Prof. Dr. G.H. Addink
Tuesday, November 21, 2023 – Faculty of Law of National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta held an International Visiting Professor with the theme “Indonesia’s Challenge To Achieve Legal Policies Through Good Governance In Global Climate Change Framework” with speakers Prof. Dr. G.H. Addink from University of Utrecht and Dr. Diani Sadiawati, S.H., LL.M. from Faculty of Law of National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta.
Located in the 4th Floor Moot Court Room, Yos Sudarso Building, Faculty of Law UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, attended by the Dean, Lecturers, and students of the Faculty of Law, National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta with a total of -+125 people.
The activity was opened by remarks from Dr. Suherman, S.H., LL.M as the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta, where he thanked the speakers, lecturers and students who attended this activity and hopefully what was conveyed by the speakers could be useful to the participants who attended.
G.H. Addink dari University of Utrecht memberikan materi “The Origin, Development, and Operation of General Principles of Administrative Law” yang dimana membahas beberapa poin seperti Issues, Konsep Negara Modern, General Aspects (theories, principles) dan hukum administrasi umum.
Diani Sadiawati, S.H., LL.M. selaku Dosen Konsentrasi Hukum Internasional Fakultas Hukum Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta yang memberikan materi “Addressing Climate Change in Indonesia: Adapun beberapa poin yang dibahas seperti Dampak Global Perubahan Iklim, Komitmen Indonesia dalam Mitigasi Perubahan Iklim, Aksi Indonesia dalam Mitigasi Perubahan Iklim, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Perubahan Iklim, dan Tata Kelola Pemerintahan (Keterkaitan antara SDGs dan Perubahan Iklim, Kerangka Regulasi yang Efektif dan Tata Kelola Pemerintahan yang Baik, Peran Berbagai Pihak dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Perubahan Iklim) dan Tantangan dalam Menghadapi Perubahan Iklim serta Kesimpulan.
